1. You have a right to great communication. I will always let you know what is going on during negotiations.
   
2. You have a right to review all paperwork and to have it explained to you in detail. 
   
3. You have the right to see any property that is listed. 
   
4. You have a right to have an open house held for your property if you choose. 
   
5. You have a right to ask about any community where you may buy a home. 
   
6. You have a right to relocation material on request. 
   
7. You have a right to expect me to be prepared for any appointment. 
   
8. You have a right to expect total and full commitment when you hire me as your Realtor. 
   
9. You have a right to have your best interests served and protected in the highest ethical manner. 
   
10. You have a right to have fun and enjoy buying or selling with the least inconvenience and stress.
